The Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam (IP Vietnam) announces the receipt of requests for accelerated examination under the Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) program between IP Vietnam Office and the Japan Patent Office (JPO) for the period from October 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025.
As of March 31, 2025, IP Vietnam has received 57 PPH requests under this program, in accordance with the cooperation agreement between IP Vietnam and JPO.
Accordingly, the total number of PPH requests received by IP Vietnam from October 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, is 102 PHH Requests.
This Notice is made to inform all relevant entities and individuals.
